Thanks for the updated patch: it helps me see how to reference the external
function.

I am now able to "make" wine from git with the patch applied, and then install
Logos8 (first installing the dotnet472 winetrick). Unfortunately Logos8 is
crashing for me just after the splash screen. I am trying to get a newer Logos8
version downloaded (I had a bit older one) and after I have it and can do a bit
cleaner testing I'll try to report back.
