@Louis: you, sir, are BRILLIANT!

I can confirm with the first few resources that they are getting downloaded to
the ResourceManager\Downloaded folder, then after completing they are being
moved out of Downloaded and into the ResourceManager\Resources folder. When I
look in the "Library" they show as being "On This Device."

I will let it keep downloading over night again and report back, but am
assuming all the resources will now be available.

Later I will need to work out how to distribute this patched wine locally to
colleagues here in Ethiopia, and maybe address some of the visual glitches such
as the "black windows" that show up often with wine. But these are minor
compared to the major hurdle of resources actually being available!!!
