[Bug 47755] Installation of Atmel Studio 7 crashes with a Program Error

Spent all day today working on this and with the help of someone on #winehq irc
channel managed to get so far with compiling the 64-bit and 32-bit with wow64.
Took a long time to figure out how to install all of those libraries that the
configure script indicated. I still have been unable to find a handlful:

libhal
liblcms2
libcups (found libcups2-dev but this was not recognized by configure)
vkd3d

Although I managed to compile without these, I couldn't get past this gstreamer
issue:

So far I have been unable to test. I have also lost access to all of my WINE
applications. I might try make uninstall and then re-install the binaries for
now, but any further insight would be appreciated.
