I used wine 4.16 and added the multiply_special value to the registry. When it
as set to 1 it did nothing but when it was set to 2 it seemed to remove most of
the black texture issues.

I tested this in Diamondback and once I set the multiply_special to 2 the only
graphical issues I got was some texture shredding especally as I headed toward
the cliff on Diamondback and the cliff had some texture issues. Also my
crosshair would have a black oval now and them but nevertheless major
improvements.
