Hi Rik, hopefully one of the developers could step in.

 Basically some tests need to be written to find correct semi-stub (I just did
some trial and error changing CREATE_ALWAYS into OPEN_EXISTING and that seemed
to work)   Getting patch in is rather time consuming, and I don't have that
time atm, sorry

So if someone could pick this up (hint at Staging guys ;) ) that would be great
