I have yesterday opened bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47830

The state of play with Wine 4.17 is that. 
"Unhandled Exception:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.MarshalDirectiveException: The type
`System.Array' layout needs to be Sequential or Explicit" Still happens.

After installing dotnet20 plugins show up. But networking for CUETools does not
work.
