Right now my FAudio version is 20.03-git
(311eed556db8556aff0cbc1c21607cd192fdcdee)

This is an issue on FAudio side.  I'm not yet tried The Witcher 3, but using
native xaudio2_7 helps with stuttering for the listed titles.
