Hello folks,

adding stable link via Internet Archive:

The HTML based installer UI is somewhat usable to have at least 'next'
displayed somewhere. The general UI layout/elements placement is pretty messed
up though.

After clicking 'Next', some sub-installer named 'MSetup.exe' crashes, causing
the main installer to not finish. That's another -> different problem.
