May I ask you to subscribe to bug 8332 and attach a WINEDEBUG=+wininet debug
trace of running BF4 (without CAP_NET_RAW and until you get kicked) to that
bug?

I don't know if it applies to wininet but make sure that the debug trace is
clean of login credentials (Look for your usernames/passwords. If there are
any, replace them with a few stars '*').
