Windows 10 on TestBots doesn't report 800x600 and lower resolutions. This
causes some DXGI test failures like

The bug is reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1477492 and
it was fixed by
https://github.com/freedesktop/spice-qxl-wddm-dod/commit/c35b8bc1de160acb41b744212f097f9db3b43868.
But this fix is not included in
https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-guest-tools/spice-guest-tools-latest.exe(So
much for latest). Upgrading the QXL driver to 0.20 from
https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/qxl-wddm-dod/qxl-wddm-dod-0.20/QxlWddmDod_0.20.0.0_x64.msi
fixed the issue.

Please upgrade the QXL driver for TestBots. Thanks.
