Mhh ok, dumb of me not to notice those temp files. And if I focus to google in
russian for the софтклабa version, safedisc seems more like it.

But could it be they were using a newer drm version than western retail though
(indeed I couldn't find a patch anywhere released for that)?
Perhaps some slightly more updated version of safedisc was what wasn't working
with staging 4.1 in XP mode.
