Hello folks,

this was fixed by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/077b4391d442e927a2a59b5afb244355b0634aaa
("oleaut32: Rip out the old typelib marshaller."), part of Wine 3.21 release.

Related tickets with same 'Fixed by sha1' reference:

* bug 14078 ("Rewrite typelib marshaller on top of NDR functions")
* bug 26768 ("oleaut32 needs stubless proxies implemented on x86-64")

It's better to keep this one separate because of the summary line, making it
easier to find. It highlights the problem with InstallShield technology based
installers (out-of-proc COM server 'IDriver.exe').

I'm will use this ticket as collector for a couple of dupes.
