Confirmed above but this is a mess.

1. Does this bug occur in Wine 5.6 or later?

2. Does this bug occur in Wine Staging?

3. Does native gdiplus really cause the problem?

A lot of things have changed in Wine since this was opened, and there's nothing
in the AppDB that says a native gdiplus is needed. Is that the case now?
