Since the Windows XP 32bit and Windows Server 32bit PowerShell 1.0 installers
don't seem to be available on microsoft.com any more, I found some links to
downloads:
http://pub.agrarix.net/Windows/PowerShell/WindowsXP-KB926139-v2-x86-ENU.exe
http://www.romico.org/microsoft/PowerShell-WindowsServer2003-KB926139-v2-x86-ENU.exe

Not sure how to preserve these.
