[Bug 47893] Unicode characters aren't being rendered correctly

Yes, like what I have said, it only show properly the Basic Latin block
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basic_Latin_(Unicode_block)) and Latin-1
Supplement block
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latin-1_Supplement_%28Unicode_block%29). It
seems to be the behavior of ISO/IEC 8859-1
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8859-1).

If the character is outside of those blocks, it can't be shown and only be
presented with a "?". You can try changing the "Real Name" in your preferences
to see it.
