patch fixes compilation with older gstreamer (<1.11.1)

Also affects Debian 8.

found the responsible commit from gstreamer:

found the first release that include the commit:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-base/-/commit/b728e91ebb4452f7a8d3aa1da4f00565bce09092
Release 1.11.1

Attached is a patch that fixes the issue for me on Debian 8.
