[Bug 46674] No music in The Sims Deluxe Edition

It's still an issue with Wine 5.14, even with all 32 and 64 bit gstreamer
plugins installed.
With this version, the only audio related stuff in the the logs is just this:
01bc:fixme:quartz:AMDirectSound_SetFocusWindow
