Hi, I cannot confirm bug in wine-5.15; The installer finishes fine here.

@OP: Could you please upgrade to current wine-5.15 and try again?

I can confirm this, "winetricks arial"  works around this bug (for me) Could
you try?

But also suffers from bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44985 for me,
 disabling liglesv2 works around it for me

So to summarize: Try run installer in wine-5.15, then (after winetricks arial)
run the program by 
WINEDLLOVERRIDES=libglesv2=d wine TAV.exe
