[Bug 49327] Hearthstone Deck Tracker (with installed dotnet472) does not work with wine-staging 5.9 anymore

wine-staging 5.14. EVEN MORE WORSE than I anticipated before. The default
battle.net launcher for hearthstone itself doesn't even start with the new
wine-staging 5.14. 

Then tried to create the entire setup fresh and....
5.14 is completely borked version it seems. It can't even create new fresh
32bit wineboot. Seriously guys, wtf are you doing?
