wine-5.15.r0.g019fcaa364 WINEARCH=win64 Game Build: 37060
I confirm, the game may not start on the first try
it give a msgbox (or few) and then Gw.exe doesn't stop.
`err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 00EA9BD4 "?" wait timed out in
thread 00d0, blocked by 00d4, retrying (60 sec)`

also please add url `https://www.guildwars.com/en/download`
you don't even need to have a game account for this bug
launcher will download ~120mb (files of game zones will be downloaded already
during the game when you first enter the location)
