With wine-5.15 DetectEnvStatus.exe doesn't crash anymore. It calls
INetFwPolicy2::get_FireWallEnabled and complains that it returns E_NOTIMPL, but
it doesn't crash. (We could set enabled to VARIANT_FALSE and fake success, but
probably not worth it since hnetcfg is mostly a stub)

Since this bug was about that crash, marking FIXED. Please open new bugs for
other issues.
