[Bug 49733] Hearthstone Installer executet by wine havent permission to create directorys

It seems that Hearthstone-Installer requires Adobe Flash Player to install.

I tried to do that with 'WINEDEBUG=+timestamp,+tid,+file wine
~/Downloads/flashplayer32pp_a_install.exe |& tee log.txt' 

log.txt : https://www.file-upload.net/download-14258293/log.txt.html

which opens an blank window named 'Adobe Download Manager'
