behavior Thai on a non-configured system after winetricks usp10

I found

and `winetricks usp10` helps to solve this issue as a workaround.
**Except Thai, but my system was never originally configured to work with it.
(I attach a screenshot of Thai from `winetricks usp10` on a non-configured
system).

Now I don't know which component this problem should be assigned to. gdi32 or
usp10?
