Backtrace

When I try to activate Animate VST plugin by MasteringTheMix, it gives error
28, which means no network adapters detected

The plugin was loaded in Reaper with linvst.

I've attached the backtrace with WINEDEBUG=+wbemprox, it seems that
wbem_services_ExecQuery returns 0 adapters found.
