[Bug 50271] Wine throws virtual_setup_exception error during PSPad splash screen or while checking for updates

Reinstalled winehq-devel with all recommends, still does not work, wine crash
when checking for updates or when showing splash screen on first PSPad
installation. Btw i'm running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS proposed repository enabled and
using Xfce 4.14 as desktop environment.
