I built libx11* packages based on the X11 1.7.0 source.
For reference I uploaded them there:

These are used by the debiant2 Wine TestBot VM, and by the cw-gtx560 and
cw-rx460 machines. On the TestBot I got two successful win32 WineTest runs so
far, though at 29 minutes and 50+ seconds they were very close to the edge (30
minutes).

I also got two WineTest runs that timed out: wow32 and wow64 respectively, so
we may not be out of the woods yet.
