For me, Ghostrunner videos run just fine.

However, the log shows that some old registry keys still exist, and removing
them  might help. (GUID 98230571-0087-4204-b020-3282538e57d3)

Open regedit and delete the keys (both the 32/64 versions).

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MediaFoundation\Transforms

Then run "wineboot -u" to force the new keys to be created.
