I got it working but I had to change out my graphics card from an rx480 to a
gtx970.  then real time lighting worked perfectly. I'm on ubuntu 20.04 using
lutris and wine staging rc6.

A bit frustrating because overwatch ran better on my rx480 under ubuntu.
