Sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately, I no longer have my hardware
from 2018-19, so there could be discrepancies in future reports. I tried to run
Black Ops on Wine 6.0-rc2 and 6.0-rc1-staging in Fedora 33, but the game
refuses to start, so there is no way to test the sound. It seems problems
starting Black Ops are also reported in ProtonDB
(https://www.protondb.com/app/42700), so there may have been a regression since
my March 2019 message.
