Patch applied and launcher is now working. :)
But now I got another error with snoretoast-x86.exe, but it doesn't affect the
game at all and runs. I used Wine TkG build script for applying custom patches
easily (because I don't know how to apply patches for vanilla Wine).
I attached another back trace if anyone want to look it.
