[Bug 14025] Heroes of Might Magic V: camera does not move well

Excuse me, I mean the zoom bug. Now the camera is moving without any problems
and there's no need to edit the corresponding setting in input.cfg. It's only
needed to edit MOUSE_AXIS_Z 160 to MOUSE_AXIS_Z 1160 and everything is almost
perfect. The only problem left is inability to zoom out to max level. It always
zoom to one step lower.
