This is likely a far-fetch but I was wondering if we could a modified version
of this patch thats compatible with valve's fullscreen hack:

Specifically it seems to conflict with the changes made in
dlls/winex11.drv/mouse.c

It would be awesome to have this patch compatible with proton, as many steam
games are launched from Origin, which is affected by this bug.
