Hello again,

small correction. The crash with debug channel enabled is in
'MSVCP_exception_ctor' (TRACE) as well, misread the backtrace.

throw_exception -> MSVCP_failure_ctor -> MSVCP_runtime_error_ctor ->
MSVCP_exception_ctor
