Well, I no longer have 8.1, but under 10 this has started happening too! I
haven't used the app in a while so I can't say when this started, but it
disappears in the same way.

I can't see how any debugging can be done now that it also occurs in Windows!

Adding Abandoned tag for now. If they don't fix it soon then I'll just close
this.

For reference: the installed services continue without any problem.
