I can confirm that for Sky Go applying the patch to return True for
DwmIsCompositionEnabled removes the error about the Windows Aero theme.

However the Sky Go app still doesn't run. I've opened a new bug report for the
following crash (https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48578).
