Woops, one simplification to this: the arguments on ZwiftApp.exe can be
omitted:
$ wine /path/to/RunFromProcess.exe ZwiftLauncher.exe ZwiftApp.exe
Might need use http_proxy and https_proxy both for 2nd workaround.
