Hack; Driver San Francisco bink videos (2/2)

Hello,

With the two attached hacks, the videos play fine on my system and the game is
playable.

Please, apply the two hacks and retest with enabled videos and give feedback.

Hacks should apply cleanly on wine 3.6 → 5.1 (devel or staging).
