The original request for this feature (comment #0) looks more like having a
workaround for bug 625 ("Multiple applications need support for private dll
search paths 'HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\App
Paths\\AppName.exe' (Lotus Organizer 97, Microsoft Money 99,
LeapFrogConnect)").

Anyway, it's still valid for other purposes.

$ wine --version
wine-5.1-391-g7332de64a5
