Confirming the problem described by the bug title (Access violation when using
quick view mode - for example on Far.exe) in Wine 5.2 and Far v3.0 build 5555.

Far calls GetProcAddress for SHCreateAssociationRegistration which is missing
and then crashes. Seems that simple stub fixes the problem, I will send a
patch..
