Confirming that dragging (changing the order) inside the application doesn't
work with following message in console:
0090:fixme:ole:IDataObject_SetData_Proxy :stub

Dragging and dropping file from Wine explorer or KDE Dolphin works for me, so
can't confirm. Freezing when dragging from Linux file manager may be caused if
the application shows modal dialog, the it would be bug 25746.
