Confirming. Tried to start by "wine Dream_Aquarium.scr -S"

This a really speculation but before it exits it tries to read some regkeys
from HKLM /"System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Class"
{4D36E96E-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318},  maybe it`s due to missing things there
(??) 

There`s a file runlog.txt in users/louis/Application Data/Dream Aquarium/ with
some  info

GetDeviceRegData() failed, le = 0
*** The monitors were asleep
good

Maybe it thinks the monitors are already asleep and thus doesn`t start; But as
i said, this is wild speculation. 
At least it`s probably not due to 0009:fixme:nls:GetGeoInfoW type 8 is not
supported AFAICT. Maybe someone who knows more about the monitorstuf could have
a look at this
