Confirming

Probably 1st problem is:

003b:fixme:regasm:wmain stub:
L"C:\\windows\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v2.0.50727\\regasm.exe" L"C:\\Program
Files (x86)\\UltraViewer\\RemoteControl.dll" L"/tlb"
002b:fixme:win:WINNLSEnableIME hwnd 0x100d0 enable 0: stub!
002b:fixme:win:WINNLSEnableIME hwnd 0x100d0 enable -1: stub!
003d:fixme:regasm:wmain stub:
L"C:\\windows\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v2.0.50727\\regasm.exe" L"C:\\Program
Files (x86)\\UltraViewer\\HtmlAgilityPack.dll" L"/tlb"

I did ''winetricks dotnet20sp1'' and set regasm.exe to native, and then
the"ole"-errors about not registered classes are gone, but app still doesn`t
run.

It complains about "Cannot init Ultraviewerservice error: err5"

I change the title a bit; the regasm stub is already tracked like for example
in bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47664
