Can't confirm that the bug is fixed. This prevents the demo from starting for
me:
003a:err:gstreamer:unknown_type Could not find a filter for caps:
"video/x-msmpeg, msmpegversion=(int)42, framerate=(fraction)30000/1001,
width=(int)720, height=(int)480"

Sadly gstreamer1-libav is not available in a i686 version on Fedora 31
