[Bug 48406] Epic Games Store fails to install prerequisites with Wine Mono

It fails in managed WiX custom action. I don't know if it fails to execute with
mono, or if it's an embedding issue. I had better results with installing in
unattended mode, as 'msiexec /i package.msi /q', cli argument
-SkipBuildPatchPrereq is still need when you start the launcher. This custom
action is only for directx redist, if you need it for some game you can easily
get it with winetricks.
