Affects Adobe Lightroom since 8.2 (AFAIR) as well, still an issue with recent
Lightroom 9.1 release.

The staged patch from 8 Apr 2019 works fine, Lightroom is running stable for
hours.

The combase:RoGetActivationFactory() stub is apparently not fatal for
Lightroom.
