Win version set to XP - bug still present:
0036:err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x110060
"../../../wine-5.0.rc4/dlls/ntdll/heap.c: main process heap section" wait timed
out in thread 0036, blocked by 0035, retrying (60 sec)

Win version set to 7 -- SUCCESS !

I launched the application.. the window is displayed.
