[Bug 29128] L.A. Noire fails to launch

I tried to run game in wine-5.0-rc4, game do not ask me to log-in in social
club, just try to start but crash with error screen similar to attachment 4 and
5.

No .dll errors in backtrace, dependency walker do not return any useful
information (just kernel32.dll is linked, with several not-bounded function).
