[Bug 48438] mfplat support regression

People said in proton and wine DB that ride3 is borked.
But i can play it with only:

Vcrun2015
Native d3dcompiler_47 to avoid shaders crash.
Native mfplat.dll because the game starts with bikes movies, otherwise i get a
black screen.

But i had to test many mfplat dll and only windows 7 (64)  is successfull.

Unfortunately since wine 4.15 or later (dont remember), this override doesnt
work 
anymore.
