Hello folks,

the installation was fully fixed somewhere in between Wine 4.16 and Wine 4.17,
thanks jonny (comment #3) for testing.

The msiexec crash from OP's initial report was fixed earlier, Wine 4.13+ but
the installer still hang in the end (licensing service).

Maybe I'll do reverse regression test later to provide the fix sha1.
