Hi, sorry for the long silence

I have retested using:-

Fedora 31 x64
Wine 5.0 rc4 (Staging)
BOINC 7.16.3 x64

The bug is now not hanging but rather crashing.

Similar to the original bug, I reproduce the bug by going to BOINC Manager and
enter "Advanced View" or open "Notices" window.

This time it will crash immediately.

I will attach a backtrace.txt.

I use the following command to open BOINC Manager for now. The "Notices" window
or tab will stop working, showing a blank page but BOINC Manager will not
crash.

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=mshtml=d wine /path/to/boincmgr.exe
